Pentax Takumar 135mm f/3.5 telephoto M42 lens
This Pentax telephoto lens was purchased new in 1961 in Japan by my
father, who has asked me to list it here.
- Original Pentax lens cap and rear cap
- blue felt-lined hard leather case for protection.
- Focus ring rotates almost 360 degrees (meaning very fine
gradations in focus are possible)
- Lens marked: Takumar 1:3.5/135 Asahi Opt Co., Lens Made in Japan
379733
- No fungus, tiny amounts of dust visible (does not affect photos)
- Small dent in front filter ring near the word "made" means
that filters and screw-in lens hoods cannot be connected.
- M42 screw-mount
- You will notice that there are 2 aperture rings. The silver one
is detented by aperture settings (set at red dot). The black ring
rotates smoothly and is meant for depth-of-field preview (and
full-open-aperture focusing).
It has had a single owner, and was stored in its leather case the entire
time. It was also kept in a smoke-free, pet-free home.
Photos are of the actual item, not stock photos.
