Jonathan Palevsky
Jonathan Palevsky is currently Program Director of WBJC 91.5 FM Baltimore's Classical Music Station, a position he has held for the last eight years. His undergraduate studies at Carleton University in Ottawa focused on musicology, and his graduate degree at The Peabody Institute concentrated on classical guitar performance. Mr. Palevsky can be heard as host of Face the Music, Past Masters, the WBJC Operafest, numerous community interviews and regular afternoon classical programming. He is also past president of the Association of Music Personnel in Public Radio.
Mr. Palevsky is in great demand as a lecturer, he is on the adjunct Elderhostel faculty at Baltimore Hebrew University, and teaches evening classes at the Johns Hopkins University and Roland Park Country School.
