Beth El 'World Wide Wrap' February 2012

Beth El holds an annual event to teach young people (and rusty adults, too!) how to "lay tefillin", that is, how to properly put on tefillin (Jewish "phylacteries", which are leather boxes with Torah excerpts written on parchment inside).

This appeared in the March 2012 issue of the Beth El Scroll on a page describing other Men's Club events, but other than the photo caption there was no further material about the event in this issue.
