In October 2015, GSFC astrophysicist Steve Snowden won the Lindsay Award, Goddard's highest award for Space Science, and thus gave a presentation at the Goddard Scientific Colloquium series based on his work. The image accompanying the announcement was from a staff photo from September 7, 2001.
