Beth El Scroll December 2017: Mitzvah Day
(And Ambassador Ron Dermer article)

Each year, Beth El has a "Mitzvah Day" day of service in late October. The December issue of The Scroll ran eight of my photos in a ten photo layout.

This image was also used in the weekly announcements one weekend in November (2017).

This is not an interesting photo! But it does record one of the day's activities, that of a blood drive.

This one is just a screen shot of a frame from a video I shot the same day, where the screen shot was of the HD image blown up onto a 27" iMac screen.

One of the few posed shots of the day, one I was asked to take:

On October 17, 2017, the American-born Israeli Ambassador to the U.S., Ron Dermer, spoke at Beth El, giving a highly articulate talk about all sorts of issues facing Israel today. This photo was published in the following November issue of the Beth El Scroll, with photo credit. The photo then ran again in the December issue (same as Mitzvah Day issue, above).
