Public notice of grants
Through the middle 1960s or so, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch took note of research grants awarded to Washington University professors, something that seems almost quaint today.
To today's eyes, what else appeared on the same page of the newspaper is nearly as equally interesting as the article of note itself. Thus, I have included extra context for many of these clips.
